NG Global Energy Solutions is proudly a Level 1 BBBEE South African company, established in 2017.
The company specialises in the turnkey supply of various grades of coal and other commodities including manganese and iron ore to end-users both locally and abroad among our junior mining activities.
Our services extend across the value chain and include the sourcing of the product and transporting the product via road, rail, and sea. In the instance of sea freight via FOB or CFR, our services extend to coordinating the loading of the product on the vessel to minimize delays and costs as far as possible.
To date, NG Global has exported over 6 million metric tons of various grades of coal via RBCT, Durban and Maputo ports across the globe.
Our end-users are based locally across South Africa, in Europe, India, Pakistan and China and include power generation, cement, steel and fertilizer manufacturing among others.

Navneet Goyal
Navneet Goyal is the managing director of NG Global and is responsible for strategic business development. Navneet has over 15 years of experience working in mining, operations and commodities trading industries across Africa, Europe, and Asia. Navneet has various qualifications including a bachelor’s degree from India and Operations Management from UNISA and is driven by his passion and knowledge of the global commodity markets and mining supply chain.
Reyna Singh
Reyna Singh is the executive director of NG Global and leads the technical division of the business. Reyna has a decade of experience working in various manufacturing industries including cement, paper and pulp, alternative fuels, mining and beneficiation. Reyna is passionate about sustainability in the energy sector and her qualifications include having a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, holding an MBA as well as being registered as a Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa.
Mark Kotton
Mark Kotton has over 25 years of professional experience, operating in senior financial roles across diverse industries. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. In addition to the core financial roles and responsibilities Mark fulfils, he is focused on service delivery in all aspects of the business whilst providing effective financial management at the highest levels, without compromising standards and integrity.
